Our Mobile App is available for both Android (7.0+) and iOS (9.0+) devices, so if your phone or tablet is less than four years old, you should be able to download and install it from your Device's App store without any problems.
Download the apps:
Android (Samsung, Huawei, Sony, LG, HTC and others)
From your home screen or main menu, tap on Play Store, AppGallery or the app store you usually use to install new apps onto your phone.
Search for LMCU
Then, click 'install'. The App should immediately begin downloading onto your phone or device and will automatically install when ready.
Once the App has finished completing and installing, you will see the app on your home screen or main menu.
Tap the icon to open the app. If this is your first time using online banking with us, you will need to register.
Otherwise, you can go ahead and log in.
iOS (iPhone and iPad)
From your home screen, tap the App Store icon:
When the App Store has opened, tap the search icon at the bottom right of your screen:
Search for 'LMCU'. Our app should be top of the list:
Tap Get to install the app onto your phone. Depending on your security settings, you may need to enter your iTunes password or scan your fingerprint before you can continue with the installation.
The app will then download and install onto your phone. Depending on your internet connection, this may take a few minutes. Once installed, the icon will appear on your phone's home screen. Tap it to open, and you're ready to log in.
