Any current member of London Mutual Credit Union can register for and use our Mobile and Web Apps (subject to T&Cs) to manage their accounts with us. You don't need to have a current account with a debit card.
The first time you use either the Mobile or Web App, you will need to go through a short registration process. This process allows us to check that you are the owner of an account with us. You will also choose a password and security question which you will be asked to provide use whenever you log into either app.
For the registration process to work, there are a few requirements that need to be met:
- The mobile phone number on your account must be up-to-date.
As part of the registration process, we will send you a text to verify you are who you say you are. This will be sent to the mobile phone number on your account, so it's important this is up to date.
If your mobile phone number is not up to date, you will need to contact us to update it before you can register for Digital Banking.
- You must have an active membership with us
It can take up to 14 days for your membership to be set up after you apply to join. Once this process is complete, we will send you a letter with your membership number. You'll need this to register, so please be patient and wait for it before attempting to register.
- You need to have a compatible device
The Mobile App is designed to work on any iOS 10 (released in 2016) or Android 7 (released in 2016) device or newer. In practice, this means that if your Apple or Android phone is less than 4 years old, you are unlikely to have problems.
Our Web App can be accessed via a web browser on any internet-connected desktop or laptop PC, as well as some tablets.
