Before we can make a decision on your loan application, we need you to upload some documents as proof of your income and financial situation.


You can avoid delays in your application by providing all of the requested documents when requested. Here's what we'll need:


If you are employed (armed forces)

  • Your most recent pay slip
  • Two months of recent bank statement showing your salary
  • A copy or screengrab of your Engagement Expiry Date from the Personal and Service details summary from your online JPA account.

If you are employed (all other employers)

  • Your most recent pay slip
  • Two months of recent bank statement showing your salary

Our Loans Team may request additional documents or information.


If you are unemployed or retired

  • Two months of recent bank statement showing your benefits coming in
  • A breakdown of your universal credit for the current month.
