When you join, you'll be automatically given a unique membership number. You'll sometimes need this number when applying for a loan or a current account, registering for online banking, or when speaking to one of our team over the phone.


Where can I find my membership number?

Your membership number is on the letter we sent you when you joined, and may also appear on statements or other letters we send you.


What if I can't find it?

Not a problem. Our SMS reminder service will get you back up and running in no time.


  1. To receive an instant text message confirming your membership number, text memnum to 60060
  2. For it to work, you'll need to do this from the mobile number you used when you joined the Credit Union
  3. If we have the correct mobile number on record, you'll receive an automatic reply containing your membership number.


Not working?

If your mobile number has changed and/or our records are out of date, our SMS service won't work, unfortunately. Instead, you'll need to phone us on 020 3773 1751 and answer some security questions so we can confirm your identity. Thank you for your patience while we do this.
